Mid-season. Azoychka, a.k.a. Zolotoy Barago, is a rare and beautiful Russian heirloom tomato. Flattish, large, bright yellow and heavy 3” fruits have a sweet citrusy flavour. The nice tart taste is not the typical sweet or fruity flavour people associate with yellow fruited tomato varieties - it more closely resembles the flavour of a good red tomato.
