Seeds for Survival contains twelve heirloom vegetable varieties that, when grown out, will help ensure a supply of home-grown food for you and your family. You will not only have healthy and flavourful food for a good part of the year, but by saving seed, you can keep the cycle going. These varieties have been selected for their ease of growing, their ability to produce an abundance of nutritious food and for their hardiness.
